Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy supporting sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processes and great customer service? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team!

About the Role

As a Sales Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales, purchasing and customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing sales quotes and sales orders

  • Raising and managing purchase orders with suppliers

  • Uploading and maintaining product data in our systems

  • Invoicing customers and tracking payments

  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers

  • Providing customer service support for order inquiries and updates

  • Assisting with contract support and data management

  • Managing and updating our CRM system with accurate customer and order information

  • Tracking profit

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar role

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software and excel (Cin7Core, Pipedrive or similar is a plus!) - Desirable

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
