  • Manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Work with the Branch Manager to generate valuations.
  • Ensure accurate entry of vendor and purchaser details.

Sales Negotiator

Estate Agents – Wednesbury/West Bromwich

Basic salary £25,000 negotiable plus uncapped bonus scheme OTE £32,000.

Our client is a well-established independent multi-branch estate agency currently recruiting an experienced Sales Negotiator to add to their busy sales team. A successful negotiator will have a proven track record in securing residential property sales and upselling associated services, with opportunities for career progression.

As a Sales Negotiator you will need to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, enthusiasm, determination, self‑motivation, initiative and a commitment to achieve targets in a challenging environment. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills along with a keen eye for recognising new business development opportunities are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively handle enquiries and queries both over the telephone and face to face.
  • Register potential purchasers and identify properties to match their requirements.
  • Organise and attend up to 10 residential viewings per week.
  • Negotiate with vendors and purchasers to secure a successful sale.
  • Upsell other services including mortgage appointments and conveyancing.
  • Effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, meet targets and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to generate additional valuation appointments.
  • Ensure vendor and purchaser details are accurately added to the system.
  • Remain compliant and deliver first‑class customer service at all times.
Qualifications
