We have a very exciting opportunity within our Chelsea office for a Sales Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a growing business in a fast paced and lucrative market.

The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, able to deliver under pressure, and determined to succeed in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities
  • Qualifying new buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating with all relevant parties to ensure the best outcome for all
  • Progressing sales from offer to completion
  • Proactively managing client expectations
  • Building relationships to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Qualifications
  • Track record in a sales or client service environment
  • Knowledge and awareness of the property market
  • Previous experience in selling properties in the London market (desirable)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
