They are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced events environment and is looking to take ownership of both the strategic and hands‑on elements of sales and marketing activity.

Reporting into the Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving event revenue, boosting brand visibility, and motivating a high‑performing team. The role also offers exciting international travel opportunities throughout the year.

Key Duties of the Sales & Marketing Manager:

• Maintain and manage high value client accounts, encouraging repeat business
• Some lead generation, cultivating positive client relationships
• Design and implement sales strategies that boost attendance and support revenue growth
• Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email platforms
• Review event data and performance results to guide improvements and future planning
• Coach and lead the sales and marketing team, helping them achieve shared objectives
• Oversee event budgets, ensuring spending is monitored and resources are used effectively
• Build connections within the industry to stay informed on trends and identify new prospects
• Work closely with other teams, including operations and finance, to ensure smooth delivery

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within events or luxury hospitality
