Sales & Marketing Administrator – Earley, Reading

Location: Reading

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (depending on agreed working weeks and experience) – Plus commission based bonus.

This role could suit either someone as a first step into a career in sales as a 52 week position, or an experienced Sales Administrator who is looking for a term time only role.

Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you’ll be the secret ingredient behind our seamless Sales and Marketing Team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Workload Management: Email Inbox Guru — juggle requests, update planners, and be the go-to for Monday software management.
  • Invoice Extraordinaire: Submit, log, and handle queries like a pro.
  • Canva Wizard: Create and manage templates that make our team and schools look fabulous.
  • Homegrown Hub Hero: Be involved with marketing campaigns and initiatives through the year; support marketing launches and uploads every term.
  • Sales Administration Superstar: Bid management — set up bid plans and keep timelines on track; diary dynamo — coordinate schedules for our sales and operations teams; invoice handling — manage and process sales-related invoices; create monthly board reports.
  • Marketing and Events Enthusiast: Ad/article management — ensure deadlines are met; event coordination for roadshows, RP7s, conferences, and our people awards; attend meetings with our sister company.
  • General Administrative Genius: Tender administration — set up bid plans, manage design slots, and handle strategy calls; presentation prep — organise tender copies, pre-presentation calls, and rehearsals; telesales support — provide campaign lists, follow-ups, and sales reports; CRM management — keep opportunities current, save tenders, update win/loss notes; reference site visits — arrange and coordinate; conference coordination — manage RSVPs, logistics, and hotel allocations.
