Tasks

The role

We are looking for a senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead commercial growth in the UK market.

This is a hands‑on outcome‑driven role ideal for an experienced sales leader who wants flexibility while driving real revenue impact. You will work closely with the Founders to build pipeline, convert opportunities and shape our UK go‑to‑market strategy.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

  • Leverage your existing UK network to open doors with banks, digital lenders, neobanks and fintech platforms.
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Drive POCs, pilots and early client launches in collaboration with Product and Operations.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to the Founders on UK GTM pricing and positioning.
  • Provide structured market feedback to refine ICPs, value proposition and sales playbooks.
  • Represent Prestatech in senior‑level commercial discussions and partnerships.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in fintech or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record selling complex regulated solutions to UK financial institutions.
  • A strong active personal network across banks, lenders or credit‑focused fintechs.
  • Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Commercially sharp, self‑directed and comfortable with ownership.
  • Fluent English.
