Overview

Role: Sales Manager

Location: Watford

Salary: 45k basic – 60k OTE + Car + Benefits

Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:45 – 18:00 (with a day off), 1 in 3 Sundays

YOLO Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Manager for their client’s main car dealership in Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate sales staff.
• Promote and implement strategies to sell vehicles.
• Organise schedules, train, interview, hire staff, and set goals.
• Mentor a sales team with a focus on car selling as a priority, while maintaining high customer care.
• Develop strategies, budgets, and promotions to empower the team to sell cars (some roles involve selling cars directly).

Qualifications

• Experience in the motor trade as a Sales Manager or a strong sales background as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, or Transaction Manager seeking the next step.
