Sales Manager – NHS Temporary Staffing

Salary: Flexible DOE

Fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Recruitment Consultant or Manager with a strong background in temporary NHS supply to step into a senior leadership role with real autonomy and progression. This role offers the chance to take control of a small but established agency operating under a wider group, with clear growth plans and long-term backing.

You will take full ownership of an established operation currently delivering 1,500 hours per week, leading an existing team of 3 recruiters based in Leeds. With full autonomy over growth strategy, this is a rare chance to shape the direction of the business while being supported by a wider group infrastructure.

The Role
  • Lead and develop an existing recruitment team supplying into the NHS
  • Oversee temporary staffing across Nursing, AHP & Doctors
  • Drive growth strategy with full autonomy and commercial ownershipStrengthen existing NHS relationships while identifying new opportunities
  • Support operational performance and revenue growth
