Following a significant growth period, they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager with the knowledge and expertise required to take them to the next level.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that pushes the boundaries of creativity and technology. This is a hands-on and demanding role, but within a company that provides a supportive environment and a collaborative culture.

This Sales Manager role will act as a “player-coach”, designing and implementing the strategic sales plan to expand the existing customer base and ensure its strong presence. Alongside this, the role of sales manager will be to actively manage the sales team with a focus on developing talent, setting objectives, coaching, monitoring performance and driving them to exceed sales goals.

This role requires a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally. We are looking for someone with a strong business sense and who has proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Dynamic, energetic and passionate about the work you do, you will be eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and improve company turnover. Coming from a printed folded carton background, with successful experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager, you will be able to offer invaluable advice to both staff and clients.

Success in the formative stages in this role will be recognised, with the opportunity to progress into a director level position.
