We’re partnering with a leading industrial solutions provider to find a strategic and people-focused Sales Manager to lead a newly merged division. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a business that’s grown from £6m to nearly £70m in turnover, and is now poised for its next chapter.

What you’ll be doing / Role focus

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 4 BDMs, 9 ACMs, and support staff.
  • Drive strategic growth across national accounts and utilities.
  • Reignite a culture of hunger, humility, and smart selling.
  • Streamline processes and reduce admin drag to boost agility.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and tenders teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Deliver against a 10% YoY revenue growth target.
About the team / reporting

Reporting to the MD, you’ll lead a multi-layered team including Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Customer Service – all focused on delivering exceptional value to clients spending £3-5m annually.
