Sales Manager – Maidenhead– £60,000 to £80,000 + Bonus

If you are a passionate, tenacious and driven Sales Manager with experience of selling products to the UK military and commercial aerospace markets – and you want to take your career to the highest heights over the next 5 years, then we have an amazing opportunity for you!

Sales Manager – The Role:

  • Build and manage effective relationships with equipment and airframe OEMs.
  • Promote products to end-users worldwide. Define & maintain effective routes to market.
  • Support the sales team by agreeing and managing targets and providing product sales management support.
  • Identify and manage new product development opportunities through initial phases of the bid cycle.
  • Work in a coordinated way within the sales, engineering, and operations teams working towards team goals.
  • Support the Regional Sales Director in building the 5-year plan.

Sales Manager – The Future:

Sales Manager – Skills and Experience You Need to Have:

  • Experience of selling products into the UK military and/or commercial aerospace markets.
  • Experience as a Sales Manager.
  • You need to be tenacious and have experience selling in a faster turnaround sales cycle business (not just very long term MOD framework cycles).
  • The ability and desire to develop into more senior roles and take your career to the highest heights!
