At &Dine, we’re building a community of foodies, connecting authentic and talented food makers to customers who are hungry for better food delivered.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to expand our growth across London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and building their own pipeline. You’ll need to carefully nurture your relationships and manage key stakeholders during the end to end sales process.

The Sales Manager will work side by side with our Head Of Sales, so there’s a fantastic learning opportunity and you’ll have a lot of responsibility and autonomy from day 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for acquiring new &Dine customers
  • Manage the end to end sales process, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals aligned with company objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine positioning and value proposition
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Use CRM tools (hubspot) to maintain accurate pipelines, forecast revenue, and optimise sales activities
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to facilities, office managers or HR teams
  • Experience in managing sales cycles with varying lengths
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
  • Confident in delivering presentations
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to bring customers on a journey who want to be part of an exciting vision
