We are working with a fast growing international grab and go brand that is expanding its sales channels across HORECA. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager who wants to build something from the ground up and grow with the business.

The role focuses on developing consistent and sustainable revenue through HORECA sales, including retailers, restaurants, catering companies and retail parks. This is not a short term sales role. The business is looking for someone who understands the importance of long term partnerships and commercially viable growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities across HORECA channels
  • Build and manage long term client relationships
  • Identify commercially viable opportunities that the business can realistically support
  • Work closely with operations to ensure sales growth is sustainable
  • Contribute to the overall commercial strategy as the brand expands internationally
About you
  • Proven experience in HORECA or food and beverage sales
  • Strong new business development background
  • Commercially minded and operationally aware
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Based in London or Barcelona, or willing to be based in either location
  • Ambitious, driven and motivated by growth

  • Base salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
