Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing profitable new business and managing key client relationships across both existing and emerging markets. This is a hands‑on, results‑oriented role that combines prospecting, relationship management, and solution selling. Duties Include
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of 20 qualified prospects per quarter.
  • Develop tailored logistics and supply chain solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Manage and grow key customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular review meetings, track performance, and address customer needs proactively.
  • Support existing customers with continuous improvement initiatives and added‑value solutions.
  • Drive account growth through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
Key Skills
