Sales Manager (AV systems) – Lurgan

c. £30,000 base, bonus scheme, company car, pension plan plus more

We are working with a successful supplier of AV Solutions to commercial and industrial customers across NI to recruit for their new Sales Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in the delivery of sales activities across target markets, this will include;

  • Identifying and pursuing business opportunities within target markets
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan
  • Setting KPIs & Pipeline forecasting
  • Develop and manage Supplier relationships and facilitate product training
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
