A leading hot beverage solution provider is seeking a Sales Manager for Aberdeen and the Highlands. The role involves selling coffee solutions to clients including hospitals and hotels, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to account management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the sales team of a leading hot beverage solution provider, selling a wide-ranging portfolio of machines from automated bean to cup machines to high end espresso machines. You will be selling to a portfolio of clients that are wide ranging from hospitals, leading supermarkets, leisure facilities, and national hotel and hospitality chains, as well as travel hubs.
You will be selling coffee solutions into a variety of end users in Aberdeen and across the Highlands. This will include working with key decision makers such as business owners, operations managers and directors, general managers, and hospitality managers. The role is a mix of new business development and account management, where you’ll be building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing customers with the right solutions to improve their coffee offering. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting through to closing deals and managing ongoing accounts — with plenty of scope to grow your territory and make a real impact.
We’re looking for someone with a background in the coffee industry , ideally with experience selling coffee or coffee-on-the-go solutions. However, we would also consider candidates from the food and drink sector or those who have sold capital equipment into similar end users such as hospitality, leisure, or travel hubs. The right person will be confident dealing with senior decision makers, comfortable managing the full sales process, and motivated by developing new business while building long-term customer relationships.
