Job Description
As a Sales Intelligence Manager, you will be part of the international team Lead Management & Data Quality EMEA with more than 60 colleagues and report directly to the department head. This gives you the opportunity to help shape end-to-end processes across markets and create real impact.
Using your analytical skills, you identify areas for action and make recommendations for the Lead Management & Data Quality EMEA team, including topics such as lead scoring, lead effectiveness, or conversion optimization.
You are responsible for the rollout of Next Best Action in the UK and Ireland and help implement global standards related to Sales Activation.
You develop structured solution approaches, define success metrics, and analyze performance data related to Lead Management and Sales Activation.
You work closely with Sales, Tech, Marketing, and Analytics and act as a project manager and central coordinator.
A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Intelligence, or a similarly analytical environment
An analytical mindset and strong understanding of systems, data, and KPIs, particularly Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.com
The ability to understand both business goals and technical requirements—and to act as a bridge between the two worlds
A proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration, for example in managing data-driven projects
