About the role

As a Sales Executive within our Capital Markets business, you'll be part of a team of self‑motivated, high‑achieving sales professionals helping customers grow their businesses. This role specifically focuses on FIS's Treasury solutions, helping clients optimize liquidity, manage risk, and streamline treasury operations. By providing industry‑leading technology, you'll drive some of the most exciting innovations in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.

About the team

The FIS Capital Markets Sales team is dedicated to driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns. The team focuses on building strong client relationships and promoting FIS's comprehensive suite of Treasury and Capital Markets solutions across a diverse client base.

You will manage the full sales cycle, including
  • Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to meet sales targets
  • Building a robust pipeline of Treasury solution opportunities within assigned territories and accounts
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to each major opportunity
  • Leading sales calls and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the right resources are engaged
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations
  • Maintaining accurate sales activity records in our CRM (Dynamics)
  • Staying informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape
  • Identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across FIS's broader Capital Markets and Treasury offerings
What you bring
  • Proven sales experience in financial technology, ideally with exposure to Treasury or Capital Markets solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in French or German is required to support clients across continental Europe
