Job Description New Homes Sales Advisor - Kent - £35,000 OTE £65,000

The Role: As a Sales Advisor, you serve as the company's face to all customers. Our client is seeking an individual with prior New Homes sales experience or at least 12 months of experience within an estate agency. In this role, you will meet with prospective and existing customers, guide them through property specifications, and support them throughout the buying process. You will ensure the development is presented to the highest standard and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and engage with prospective and existing customers.
  • Guide clients through the property specifications and the purchasing process.
  • Maintain excellent presentation of the development.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of the development, from presentation to the full sales process.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales or Estate Agency.
  • Strong organisational skills and an understanding of the full sales process.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt communication to suit different clients.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT applications.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Understanding of sales psychology and the ability to explain product information clearly to clients.
