Fulltime ; Monday - Friday

8 : 30am–4 : 30pm + early finish on Friday

Full Training Provided

Limited access via public transport so driving licence preferred

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be trained to become a trusted advisor to your customers, helping schools and businesses create inspiring, functional environments, while also driving your own sales success.

Once fully trained, your work directly contributes to transforming workplaces and classrooms… and you'll earn uncapped commission along the way. Win-win.

Day-to-day, you will :

  • Build and manage your own portfolio of customers (using warm data and your own prospecting).
  • Make outbound calls and run email campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
  • Recommend tailored solutions and provide expert advice to meet each client's needs.
  • Build long-lasting relationships through great service and consistent follow-up.
  • Keep your CRM records up to date and accurate.
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Work towards achievable sales targets (with plenty of support to hit them).

Requirements

To be considered for the Sales Executive position, you don't need previous sales experience, just the right attitude.
