Qualifications

  • Experience in packaging printing industry is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in project management and customer-facing account management.
  • Understanding of inkjet technology is desirable.
  • Strong IT literacy is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts to maximize sales revenue, margin, and volume.
  • Lead product introductions and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor quality control and resolve issues.
  • Utilize CRM tools and project planning systems for reporting.
  • Coordinate production scheduling and raw material planning.
  • Ensure OTIF delivery performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Digital Inks team. This role is pivotal in providing seamless service to global key accounts, managing projects throughout the lifecycle of product introductions, changes, and withdrawals. You will act as the customer advocate within Sun Chemical, ensuring timely responses, proactive communication, and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts to maximize sales revenue, margin, and volume.
  • Lead product introductions and lifecycle management, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Monitor quality control and resolve issues, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Utilize CRM tools, project planning systems, and Microsoft suite for reporting and information flow.
  • Coordinate production scheduling and raw material planning for Coding & Marking business.
  • Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance and lead customer communication during deviations.
  • Drive growth in Streamline business across UK & Ireland, providing Voice of Customer feedback.
  • Regular travel to visit key accounts, attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Knowledge of SAP and strong IT literacy.
