Our Basingstoke based client is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 19:00
Friday 08:30 – 16:00

Duties:

  • Interact professionally with customers via phone and email
  • Update pipeline data and ensure accuracy of customer information using CRM
  • Track and perform personal performance (sales KPIs)

  • Grow existing customers, cross/upsell, and prioritize inbound vs outbound opportunities
  • Respond to customer queries, sample requests, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving inside-sales targets, managing quoting/order pipelines, and contributing to process improvements.
