Our Sales & Events Manager will proactively drive revenue growth and forge lasting relationships where our restaurant in St Paul’s can create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

As Sales & Events Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our sales strategy. You’ll be identifying opportunities to boost average spend per head, selling our meeting space and creating bespoke events to make it special for our clients and showcase our culinary expertise.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Crafting clever sales strategies to boost revenue from events, functions, and corporate partnerships
  • Building rock-solid relationships with clients, event planners, and partners
  • Dreaming up and delivering amazing events – from weddings to private dining and legendary Christmas parties
  • Teaming up with our chefs and front-of-house legends to tailor each event to perfection
  • Analysing event success, customer feedback, and competitors – always staying one step ahead

What we’re looking for:
2+ years in sales & events within hospitality
A track record of smashing sales targets and creating standout events
A confident communicator, cool under pressure, and fiercely organised
A true self-starter who loves a challenge and thrives on results
