Sales Engineer covering Midlands and the West of England

We are looking to employ a new Sales Engineer to be home based in the Midlands. You will travel around your region, meeting customers, building relationships and growing accounts.

Core Responsibilities & Skills
  • Have a basic understanding of heavy engineering
  • To understand, and be enthusiastic about, the products and services on offer
  • Carry out tooling demonstration when required
  • Liaise with internal sales and engineering staff
  • The ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
  • Actively seek out new business while maintaining the existing customer base
  • Spot sales opportunities
  • Have good negotiation skills to close a sale
