Who You Are

You would have at least 3 years of experience working in Sales Enablement at a Graduate / Junior / Analyst level or currently working at a specialist level. As the Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations Specialist you will play a critical role in aligning commercial strategy with execution. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance you’ll help ensure our go‑to‑market teams are set up for success and able to operate at scale.

Your focus will be on building the systems, processes and resources that enable the Sales organisation to consistently deliver results. This includes optimising how we segment the market, forecast revenue, measure performance and support our sellers with the right tools, training and content. You’ll also bring a data‑driven approach to decision‑making ensuring our leadership team has the insights needed to grow sustainably.

This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue and combines strategic thinking, operational discipline and cross‑functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations Enablement
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management and reporting ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Partner with Finance and Leadership on capacity planning, quota setting and commercial performance tracking.
  • Support sales organisation design including territory planning and account segmentation.
Commercial Enablement
  • Provide analysis and input to support pricing and packaging decisions, highlighting opportunities to improve customer value and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to maintain alignment on billing, pricing and related processes.
  • Create and maintain resources, guides and playbooks that enable consistent and effective commercial execution across teams.
Process Optimisation
  • Analyse sales performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement scalable workflows and automation to improve efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at improving conversion rates, deal velocity and customer outcomes.
Learning & Development
  • Design and deliver onboarding, coaching and training for Sales team members.
  • Build and maintain a central knowledge base and library of sales resources.
  • Develop tools such as ROI calculators, business cases and mutual action plans to support deal cycles.
Sales Content & Messaging
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to create impactful sales collateral, case studies and playbooks.
  • Partner with Product to ensure clear communication of the product roadmap and differentiators.
Proof of Concept (PoC) Support
  • Support customer‑facing teams in running effective PoCs that showcase Avvoka’s value.
  • Provide structured frameworks and materials to ensure PoCs are consistently executed.
Project Management
  • Lead initiatives to streamline the end‑to‑end sales process from lead engagement through to closing.
  • Gather feedback from Sales and clients to identify friction points and design solutions.
  • Drive key strategic projects from scoping through to delivery.
Person Specification
  • A minimum of 3 years in sales enablement.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights.
  • Track record of leading change and driving adoption of new processes or tools.
  • Experience scaling revenue operations in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
