Business Development / Procurement Manager - Tiling & Stonework

Location: London (Hybrid / Field-based)

Salary: Up to £80,000 base + car allowance (DOE)

We are a growing tiling contractor who has recently expanded into the stonework market. With an annual turnover of £500k and ambitious plans for rapid growth, we are now looking for a driven individual to spearhead our business development and procurement strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on sourcing and securing new tenders within the tiling and stonework sectors.
  • Leverage existing contacts and build new client relationships across London.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within the construction, residential, and commercial markets.
  • Manage the full tendering process to win profitable contracts and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape the company's growth strategy and positioning in the market.
  • Hybrid role - primarily field-based in London.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in procurement, tendering, or business development in the construction industry.
  • Ideally strong knowledge and experience in stonework and tiling.
  • A strong network of industry contacts with access to potential clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment (no fixed office yet).
  • Ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to scale a growing business.
