A dynamic payments company is seeking a Sales Director to lead their sales strategy and manage a team focused on high risk payments. You will drive acquiring volume, close new business deals, and ensure targets are met in a fully remote role. Candidates should have a proven sales leadership background in the payments industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 Per Annum (+ bonus & benefits)
Fully remote - must be based in UK or EU and flexible to travel.
Our client is an ambitious and high growth payments company, focused on the high & medium risk markets across the world. This role is focused on driving acquiring volume through the platform, closing new business deals and ensuring our growth targets are achieved.
You will inherit a team of 2 x BDMs (both fully remote, UK & EU). You will also be tasked with scaling the team, with a further 2 x hires planned for Q1 '24. As the Sales Director, you will both plan the strategy for sales & deliver sales personally, carrying both an individual & a team target.
