  • Develop and execute a global / regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high‑performing sales teams.
  • Drive revenue across BMS, smart buildings, and integrated control solutions.
  • Build long‑term relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners.
