A leading UK manufacturer and supplier of premium kitchen and interior solutions is seeking a strategic and commercially astute Sales Director to lead its national sales function.

The Opportunity

As Sales Director, you will have full ownership of the UK sales strategy, driving growth, overseeing national key accounts, and leading a team of experienced regional and national account managers.

This is a pivotal leadership role focused on building long-term client relationships, expanding market share, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic national sales plan aligned with wider business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple customer channels.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with major national housebuilders, developers, and social housing providers.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics, produce accurate forecasts, and report directly to the board.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the kitchens, interiors, furniture, or building products industry.
  • A strong network and understanding of the UK housebuilder and/or social housing market.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial results through strategic planning and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and attend senior-level meetings.
