Overview

Sales Development Representative (Telco) – Whiteley. Commutable from Hedge End, Botley, Swanwick, Titchfield, Fareham, Southampton, and Portsmouth.

£25,000 - £30,000 + OTE of £60,000+ in Year 1 + Progression + Training + Hybrid Working.

Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Telesales SDR with some understanding of telcos to join a financially-backed startup offering brilliant training, career development, and a great commission structure. The company is part of a larger group and you would be the first dedicated SDR in the company, working in their brand new Whitely offices.

Responsibilities
  • Call a database of potential clients and arrange further calls with the Managing Director (MD).
  • Receive full sales training and use a provided script to start earning commission quickly.
  • Be promoted to BDM or Team Lead within 3–6 months depending on progression and preferred career path.
  • Work in a busy sales environment, comfortable with high call volumes (target 200+ calls per day).
