The Role of Sales Development Representative
The purpose of your role will be to convert leads into qualified meetings for the business development team. You will have the latest technology platforms to enable you to engage with relevant decision makers, moving them from initial email contact through to a phone call and qualified meeting. You will be targeted with delivering 2 qualified meetings a day and will be given extensive training and support to help you achieve that goal. You will also be expected to spend at least one hour a day calling potential clients.
You will need to commit to the position for 12 months, at which point you would be eligible for promotion into the business development or relationship management teams. You earning potential would naturally increase at that point.
