Job description
About Academy of the Digital Industries

ADI was born out of a simple need: we couldn’t find enough professionals with the right digital skills, so we decided to train them ourselves.

What started in 2018 as a grassroots initiative in Tbilisi has evolved into a global Edtech platform with over 30,000 alumni.

Our programs are built by experts, designed around real world demands, and delivered in an environment of collaboration, curiosity, and growth.

In 2023, we partnered with Tether to take our mission global, expanding access to practical, career-boosting education for learners everywhere. Today, we’re building the next generation of digital professionals: marketers, designers, coders, and creators who don’t just want a job, they want to make an impact.

We’re guided by values we truly live by: putting people first, staying curious, doing excellent work, and taking ownership.

And we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

At ADI, sales isn’t about scripts, it’s about real conversations, clear value, and human connection.

We’re looking for a Sales Developer Representative to help more learners discover what ADI can unlock for them.

You’ll be the first point of contact for people who are curious, ambitious, or just looking for a change, and your job is to help them see the possibilities. No corporate fluff, no pressure tactics, just honest conversations and solid follow-up.

You don’t need years of sales leadership experience, what matters most is your mindset. If you’ve worked in a call center, sales floor, or any fast-paced service environment and you like the rhythm of it, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re building a sales culture that’s ambitious but supportive, disciplined but human.

Main Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with new and existing enquiries via a consultative selling process to introduce our course offerings, emphasising how they cater to careers in creative digital sectors and converting to enrolments.
  • Working towards achieving sales targets, KPIs and objectives.

  • Maintain active engagement with potential students through various stages of the decision-making process.
  • Host online masterclasses for potential learners.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of sales, marketing and sales KPI reports with a willingness to develop in this area.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on course developments and industry trends to relay accurate information to the business and potential students.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure top-of-funnel acquisition.
  • Ensure timely billing and collection from the new & existing customers.
Qualifications
  • 2 years proven experience in sales, preferable in educational services, e-learning, or creative industries in a Global setting.
  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Additional languages are a plus (e.g. French, Swahili).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone, via email, and messaging.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into enrolments.
  • Must be self-motivated and trustworthy with a strong will to succeed.
  • Be familiar with or willing to work within a start‑up culture
  • Well organised with experience using CRM systems and sales software. Experience in process orientated sales cycles.
  • Self‑motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Empathetic listener who can understand and respond to potential students' needs and concerns.
  • Goal‑oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback and coaching, with a continuous desire to improve both personally and professionally.

  • Work self‑reliantly
  • Full Time role (with occasional shift rotation)
