Internal Sales Executive – Account Growth & Relationship Sales

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000

Bonus: Successful‑performance bonus scheme

Benefits: Private Health Care, Pension Scheme

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers.
  • Reignite dormant accounts and identify new opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross‑sell to maximise account potential.
  • Proactively follow up with warm leads and enquiries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service via calls and emails.
  • Prepare tailored quotations and keep CRM records accurate.
  • Support stock purchasing based on customer demand.
  • Produce clear sales reports for management.
