The role

In this dual inbound–outbound role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects – qualifying and closing inbound leads from small agribusinesses and generating outbound opportunities with our mid-market ideal customer profile (ICP).

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and warming up mid-market leads to book qualified discovery calls and demos for our Account Execs
  • Qualifying inbound SMB leads and converting them into sales
  • Building product knowledge and connecting customer needs to Onside’s impact
  • Keeping HubSpot squeaky clean, tracking activity, lead stages, and insights
  • Partnering with marketing, growth, and sales to refine messaging and campaigns

This role reports to the Head of Commercial and plays a critical role in growing a high-performing, purpose-driven go-to-market engine.

About you

You’re hungry to learn, love talking to people, and want to accelerate your career in SaaS sales. You’re energised by outbound activity, comfortable picking up the phone, and motivated by results you can measure. You love owning your number and backing others to hit theirs too.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has B2B sales experience in a phone-based role (ideally agency recruitment, SaaS or tech sales)
  • Is confident speaking with a wide range of people, from CEOs in offices to H&S Reps in the paddock
  • Wants a clear pathway into Account Executive roles or wider growth opportunities
  • Is a curious, coachable team player who works fast and improves fast
