27k - £32k (£40K OTE) per annum subject to experience

Previous experience in a sales development role, preferably in our industry, software-as-a-service (SaaS) or a technology-driven environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over phone, email, and social media platforms.
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills to understand prospect needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools. We use Hubspot!
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Passion for customer loyalty, employee engagement, and the positive impact they have on organisational culture.
