Job description
THE OPPORTUNITY

As a London-based Sales Development Representative at Xactly Corporation, you will be focused on generating high quality meetings with target profiles in target accounts that convert to sales pipeline.

Your efforts will include:

  • Following up and managing all inbound leads generated by marketing to produce qualified meetings for sales that turns into high-quality sales pipeline
  • Conducting cold outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn engagement to generate qualified meetings for sales that turns into high-quality sales pipeline
  • Managing website chat conversations
  • Serving as the connective link between sales and marketing in region
  • Partnering closely with the Sales Account Executives to align on target accounts, prospect engagement, messaging, and more
  • Coordinating the use of a variety of applications including Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Gemini, and Google Workspace

THE SKILL SET
  • BS/BA and 0-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred; internship experience will be taken into consideration
  • Self-motivated
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilient - you’re able to handle rejection from the prospects you’re engaging
  • Previous cold calling experience required
  • Results driven & competitive nature
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal colleagues and external prospects
