CURTAIN SALES ESTIMATOR & CARPET SALES ADMIN

Are you passionate about interiors, home décor, and delivering outstanding customer service? Step into a role where your advice and expertise help customers transform their homes.

YOUR ROLE:
  • Welcome customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on curtains, blinds, shutters, and flooring.

  • Measure customers' homes accurately and provide tailored quotations.

  • Complete sales and process payments efficiently.

  • Manage telephone and email enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Place supplier orders, receipting deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock and administrative records.

  • Assist with general admin tasks, filing, emailing, cashing up, and light cleaning duties to keep the showroom welcoming.

  • Drive to customer homes and supplier locations as required - a full UK driving licence is essential.

  • Participate in formal and informal training to develop your skills.
