Location: London, Hammersmith

Working pattern: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible working

Reports to: Business Development Manager, Distributors

Overview

The Sales Coordinator, Distributors, handles all customers in partnership with designated members of the sales team in fielding incoming account-specific queries. This role holder will be expected to support communications between the sales team and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth product setup information and ensure customers have the detail they need on Funko products and categories.
  • Manage product images to ensure key customers receive images promptly and correctly.
  • Catalogue management.
  • Supply test certificates as available/required.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, retail partners, peers and other departments.
  • Participate in product/brand knowledge training to learn about new and existing product lines.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving quarterly incentive goals.
  • Assist with enquiries regarding client products and timelines.
  • Attend account sales meetings both internally/externally and conference calls where applicable.
