A family-run dealership is seeking a Progress Chaser / Sales Coordinator to ensure vehicles are ready for customer handovers and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include monitoring sales progress, taking promotional photos, and coordinating vehicle logistics. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a full UK driving license. Experience in customer service or sales is desirable, but full training will be provided.

What you will be doing:

As a Progress Chaser / Sales Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring vehicles are fully prepared and ready for customer handovers. You'll work closely with the sales and service teams to maintain efficiency and deliver the highest standards of service.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Tracking Sales Progress: Monitoring the progress of vehicles through the sales process to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Photographing: Taking professional photos of stock for website and promotional use to support the sales process.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Arranging internal and external preparation of stock vehicles, ensuring handovers are smooth and timely.
  • Showroom & Display Presentation: Keeping the site's used car displays and showrooms looking their best.
  • Customer-Focused Coordination: Managing aftersales accessory installations and repairs, following up on progress, and keeping managers informed.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting repair quality to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Team Support: Assisting Sales Executives with daily tasks and ensuring vehicles are loaded onto the valet system for cleaning.
  • Logistics & Organisation: Coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles between sites and for auctions.
  • Managing transporters delivering vehicles and organising vehicle placement on-site.
  • Refueling sold cars and reorganising the sales pitch as required.
  • Final Checks: Completing 24-hour handover checks to ensure vehicles are perfect for customer collection.
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A can-do attitude and a goal-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong sense of organisation and attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving license (essential).
  • Previous experience isn't required—full training will be provided.
