A collaborative design-led studio is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their operations and procurement teams. In this role, you will maintain exceptional service standards and coordinate sales activities. Responsibilities include managing client communications, handling quotations, and supporting the sales cycle in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative or sales support experience and a passion for sustainable design. We are working on a great opportunity with our client, a growing and collaborative small design‑led studio at the forefront of sustainable procurement and supply. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their operations and procurement teams.
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining exceptional client service standards and ensuring accurate, timely coordination of sales activities within our client’s systems. Working closely with the Account Management team, you’ll handle quotations, manage client communications, and support the sales cycle end‑to‑end. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative or sales support experience (or a bright starter with the right mindset) who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and has a passion for sustainable design.
