V&C Associates are proud to partner with a high-end luxury interiors brand renowned for bringing timeless sophistication and understated elegance to some of the world’s most refined interiors from hotels, restaurants and spectacular house. The organisation looking for Export Coordinator to join the team at their central London office and showroom in London.

The Role

As the business expands, we are looking for a calm, confident, and well-organised professional to join a friendly and collaborative team.

You will support both the UK and international sales teams by managing customer service queries, coordinating order processing and dispatch, and maintaining regular communication with B2B clients, agents, and distributors.

This role also provides cover for colleagues during business travel, client meetings, or annual leave, ensuring that daily operations continue smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for after-sales queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Liaise with logistics and production teams to update customers on live orders.
  • Support the sales team with preparing quotes, proforma s, balance payments, and order dispatches.
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM and MRP systems.
  • Handle phone and email enquirers professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide general administration support to the sales department.
Candidate Profile
  • The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and motivated to thrive in a design-led, luxury environment.
  • Communicate clearly with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Multi - Lingual would be a huge advantage, especially German.
  • Confident, detail-focused, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Prospects CRM is advantageous).
