Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations with a clear technical and financial understanding.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while adhering to company policy.
  • Keep up-to-date with solar PV technology, incentives, and market trends.
  • Provide clients with ROI analysis, payback periods, and environmental impact benefits.
  • Work closely with project management, design, and operations teams for seamless transitions.
  • Support marketing initiatives and attend relevant industry events.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report regularly on sales activity and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the construction or renewable energy sector.
  • Knowledge of new house builds, commercial warehouses, or industrial projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
