Sales & Customer Care Consultant (Glass Industry) - Manchester / Remote

Our client is a specialist in high-quality, bespoke glass products and installations, working across residential and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for innovation, craftsmanship, and customer care, they are now looking to expand their presence in the Manchester region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with knowledge of the glass industry who enjoys building relationships, driving sales, and providing excellent customer support — all while working remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to both existing customers and new leads, securing orders and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using company systems (full training provided).
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships, providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Manchester area.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge/experience of the glass industry is essential (splashbacks, shower screens, partitions, balustrades, glazing, etc.).
  • Proven ability in sales, telesales, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
  • Based in the Manchester area (role is remote but customer base is regional).
