We are seeking a Sales Consultant, this is an internal sales role and working in the office.

Responsibilities
  • This role is primarily Business to Consumer (B2C), with some responsibility for supporting Business to Business (B2B) relationships.
  • Provide advice to customers and promote a broad range of professional learning products to both new and existing clients across multiple industries.
  • Gather insights into customer needs and feedback, sharing these with senior managers to help enhance and refine the product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, delivering a first-class service that consistently meets customer expectations.
  • Manage inbound enquiries from a variety of channels and follow up outbound leads, converting these into course enrolments while identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, referring them to the Business Development Managers for further follow-up.
  • Carry out a variety of administrative duties with accuracy and accountability, ensuring tasks meet the required standards set by the team manager.
