Summary
The Sales Consultant is Redrow’s ambassador to prospective and existing customers, maintaining a professional and courteous image at all times. The role involves responding promptly to all leads, achieving conversion targets, closing sales at the earliest opportunity and best price, and ensuring properties are ready for handover to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing first-class service to every Redrow customer.
  • Managing the customer journey from reservation to legal completion.
  • Taking ownership of the development's presentation, both internally and externally.
  • Achieving sales targets for homes and My Redrow options, including legal completions and annual turnover.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met for customers and colleagues.
