A housing association is seeking a Sales Consultant on a 12-month FTC to deliver sales budgets across multiple locations, including Cambridgeshire and Farringdon. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of shared ownership sales experience and a strong customer service background. Responsibilities include managing the customer journey, engaging stakeholders, and supporting marketing initiatives. Salary: £36,599 to £38,525
This role will have a geographical spread – Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon & our Head Office in Farringdon
Sales Consultant responsibilities
Front-line representative of So Resi and MTVH, responsible for sales budget delivery, multiple locations, ensuring excellent customer experience, health & safety, customer journey from site launch, lead management, application processing to completion, engaging stakeholders.
