Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to help the store achieve sales targets and create memorable experiences for customers.
• Build product knowledge as new products are introduced to handle every type of customer enquiry.
• Reflect the H. Samuel brand and culture in customer interactions. Embrace a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code and celebrate personal style (tattoos, piercings, etc.).
