Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring they receive the best experience.
• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices and maximizing opportunities for add-on sales.
• Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by ensuring the shop floor is clean and organized.
• Support overall store operations by assisting in other departments as needed.
• Process sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and ensure shelves are well-organized.
• Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
• Work closely with other sales assistants and team members to achieve store targets.
