Our Sales Associates help our customers Celebrate Life & Express Love! Temporary Sales Associate - Part Time

Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for our customers. As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you\'ll help the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets. As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry. As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers.

We proudly maintain a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code that encourages our teams to celebrate their own style.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to help customers celebrate life and express love.
  • Build knowledge as new product lines are introduced and respond to a variety of customer enquiries.
  • Reflect the brand and culture in interactions, maintaining a customer-focused store environment.
  • Help the store maintain performance and meet sales targets.
Qualifications

  • No jewellery experience required, but an interest in jewellery products and brands is important.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a natural ability to converse with a diverse range of customers.
