Overview

Sales Associate. Our client is a small, independent Estate Agency.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 12 months Sales Associate experience.

Responsibilities

• Registering Buyers and Vendors.
• Identify client requirements & matching to our property portfolio.
• Arrange and carry out viewings, for both sales and lettings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, with regular client contact.
• Successfully negotiate between Vendor/Buyer & Landlord/Tenant.
• Assisting in smooth running of the branch.

Qualifications / Personal Profile

• Well-presented, Reliable, Trustworthy, Confident, and motivated by a genuine passion for the property industry.
• Strong negotiation skills & good basic understanding of the sales/ lettings process.
• Possess excellent communication and people skills.
• Have a full UK driving licence and your own car.

Package

• £24,000 OTE £30k + benefits
• 5 day working week (Saturday included with day off in the week)
• 28 Days holidays (inc Bank Holidays)
